- Choose the closer clinic. RV Clinic Madipakkam serves Velachery, Nanganallur, Keelkattalai and nearby. RV Clinic Thalambur serves Navalur, Siruseri, Padur and the OMR stretch.
- Call the branch number below, or WhatsApp with three things: your name, the clinic you want, and a morning or evening preference. Add the problem in one line if you like; it is optional.
- You get a confirmed time by reply. If you are pregnant or coming for a scan report, say so, and a little more time will be kept for you.

Same-day appointments and walk-ins
Appointments are usually available the same day. Madipakkam consults in the morning, 9am to 11am on weekdays. Thalambur has a morning session and an evening session every day, including Sunday evening. Evening slots at Thalambur fill up first because people come after office hours, so message early in the day if you need one.
Walk-ins are welcome, but booked patients are seen first. If you walk in during a busy session you may wait. A quick WhatsApp message before you leave home saves that wait.
Cancelling or changing a time
Plans change. Send a message as soon as you know, and the slot goes to someone else. There is no charge for cancelling. If you miss an appointment without a message, just book again; nobody will scold you.
What the first visit is like
The first consultation with Dr. Ragavi Vikram takes about 20 minutes. She asks about your periods, past pregnancies, illnesses in the family and the medicines you take. Examination happens only if needed, with a lady attender present. You leave with a written plan: which tests, which medicines, and when to come back. Fees are told on the phone or WhatsApp before you visit, so there are no surprises. Can I book online?
Booking is by phone or WhatsApp so that a person confirms the time with you. There is no online calendar to fill. A message takes under a minute and you get a reply during clinic hours.
Which days is the doctor at each branch?
Dr. Ragavi divides her week between Madipakkam and Thalambur. The clinic will tell you her days at each branch when you message. If you can travel to either, you will get the earliest slot.
