Which clinic should you contact?
The same doctor, Dr. Ragavi Vikram, consults at both clinics, so choose by distance. Madipakkam is closer if you live in Velachery, Nanganallur, Adambakkam, Keelkattalai, Pallikaranai or Medavakkam. Thalambur is closer for Navalur, Siruseri, Padur, Kelambakkam, Sholinganallur, Semmancheri and the rest of the OMR stretch.
If you are already under treatment, keep to the branch where your file is. If you need to switch, say so on WhatsApp and the notes will be available at the other clinic.

Emergencies

When are WhatsApp messages answered?
During clinic hours. Messages sent late at night are answered the next morning. For anything urgent, call instead.
Can I send my reports on WhatsApp before the visit?
Yes. Send clear photos or PDFs of scan reports, blood tests and previous prescriptions. Bring the originals to the appointment as well.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. A husband, mother or daughter can book on the patient's behalf. Give the patient's name, age and the problem in one line so the right amount of time is kept.
Do you take calls on Sunday?
Thalambur does: it is open on Sunday evening, 6.30pm to 9pm. Madipakkam is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Outside these hours, send a WhatsApp message and it will be answered the next morning.
