Do not wait on these
Three symptoms need a check within days, not months: bleeding after menopause (any bleeding a year or more after your periods stopped), bleeding after intercourse, and a lump in the breast. Most turn out to be harmless, but the serious causes are far easier to treat when they are found early. Call or WhatsApp the clinic, say which one it is, and you will be given the earliest time. The gynaecological cancer screening page explains what is checked and how.
Periods
- My period has not come for two months and I am not pregnant
- My periods are irregular, sometimes early, sometimes months apart
- Heavy bleeding with clots, or bleeding between periods
- Heavy periods and a fibroid on my scan
- Unbearable period pain every month
- Period pain that painkillers do not control, or pain deep inside during intercourse
- Facial hair, pimples, a dark neck or weight gain along with period problems
- Bleeding after intercourse
Discharge and itching
Pick the row that sounds most like you. If two rows fit, either page will do; each one links onward to the others, and Dr. Ragavi sorts out the rest at the visit. Several rows in one group may open the same page. That is expected: one condition, PCOD for example, causes many different symptoms. The pages are written for patients, not for doctors, and each ends with the questions people ask most.

If you are not sure
Send the symptom to the clinic on WhatsApp in your own words, in Tamil, English or Hindi, the way you would say it to a friend. Say roughly how long it has been going on and whether you could be pregnant. The staff will book you with Dr. Ragavi at whichever clinic is closer, and you will usually get a time the same day. The book an appointment page has the numbers and what to say.
Whatever the problem, it is seen by one doctor. Dr. Ragavi Vikram has 17 years in obstetrics and gynaecology and sees every patient herself. Bring your old reports; two minutes with them often saves a repeat test.
Book a consultation
Message the clinic on WhatsApp with the problem in your own words, or call the branch you want. Booked patients are seen first.
